The following were the amenities committed to provide but not a single amenity seems to be provided as the project is delayed by at least two years. we had booked in 2007 and the builder committed to give possession in 30 months but the scenario is quite different as even 50% construction work has not been completed so far more over they are not concerned of their commitments and work is slow or u can say no significant developments are seen at the project sight.

50 Acres of Green AREA to bring you closer to nature. -----NOT SEEN (WRONG COMMITTMENT)

Majestic Entrance with Landscaping & Fountains. -----NOT SEEN (WRONG COMMITTMENT)

Metro Rail Connectivity. ----NOT SEEMS TO BE CONNECTED AS NEAREST METRO STATION IS ATLEAST 4-5 KM AWAW FROM KLJ GREENS(WRONG COMMITMENT)

Nearby Noida Express highway. NO CONSTRUCTION WORK IS THERE FOR EXPRESSWAY (WRONG COMMITTMENT)

On western Periphery Road. NO WESTERN PERIPHERAL ROAD (WRONG COMMITTMENT)

Layout based on Vaastu Shastra. NO COMMENT

World Class Amenties. IT IS VAGUE, WHAT TYPE OF WORLD CLASS AMENITIES WILL BE PROVIDEDCAN NOT BE SAID (WRONG COMMITTMENT)

Round the Clock Security. TIME WILL SAY

Health Care Centre. NO LAND LEFT SPARE FOR THIS (WRONG COMMITTMENT)

Earthquake Resistance RCC Frame Structure. ONLY EXPERT CAN COMMENT

Dedicated Car Park for Each Apartment. WE PAID Rs.125000/-(VIOLATION OF SC RULING)(WRONG INTERPRETATION)

Swimming Pool. SIGHT FOR THIS NOT DECLARED SO FAR.(WRONG COMMITTMENT)

On-Site ATM. MAY OR MAY NOT,TIME WILL DECIDE

Aerobics Room. SIGHT NOT DECLARED SO FAR

Nursery School. NO LAND DECLARED OR LEFT WITHIN THIS PROJECT.(TOTALLY WRONG COMMITTMENT)

Power Back-up. MAY OR MAY NOT ,CAN NOT BE SAID AT THIS JUNCTION

Fire Safety Complaint. NOT CLEAR TILL TIME

High Speed Elivators. MAY OR MAY NOT BE PROVIDED,NOTHING CAN BE SAID

Jogging Trails. WRONG COMMITTMENT

Community Hall. NO SITE DECLARED SO FAR

International Standard Club House. WE PAID RS.40000/- FOR THIS BUT HOPELESS
