I am looking to purchase a 2BHK flat in sector 88 of faridabad. Can any body advice which society would be a better option? Can I go for SRS residency? I have heard there were many problem in SRS residency, has it been solved now?My budget is b/w 30 to 40 lacs.

Seepage problem

I live in g 201, bptp princes park, sector 86, faridabad. I complained so many times for seepage problem from last 3 months, but no any solution from your maintainance department. Kindly confirm that how this problem can be resolved. I am completely frustrated.

FIR has been lodged against BPTP LTD. (Kabul Chawla, Anupam Bansal, Sudhanshu Tripathi, Bhupinder Singh Lamba, Rakesh Narang, Bryan Taft Souther Gill, Peter James Succoso, Sandeep Bedi and Banarsi Lal Passi) for its fraud done in commercial plots (Sector-81) at PS: BHUPANI under IPC 120B, 406 & 420 on 22/10/2016.

RPS Palms

Clarity on VAT & EEDC

Dear Members,

Does anyone has a clarity on VAT & EEDC paid for RPS Palms project. I understand that there was some judgement in this regard and RPS is charging VAT from Savanaa project @ 1.05% and is also refunding EEDC, based on this ruling.

Can anyone throw some light on this
