Price Details requested for project in Neharpar {between 2007 2008}

In case anyone of you booked the apartment in Neharpar between 2007 end to 1H 2008, {with any builder, preferably close to sector 88}, Can you please revert with Basic Selling Price around that time, In case you have the price list available, can you please share this across. Please treat this as urgent.

{We already have details available for Savana, and need details of other builder}

I bought my flat in May 2007 at 1555 psqt plus extra charges. I paid the full amount in one go except the amount which needs to be paid at the time of possession. total cost to me was 2000 psqft.

BPTP Princess Park b.s.p.
2005 Rs 1400 p.s.f.(Launch)
2007 Rs 1800 p.s.f. (Same for 2008 as well)

Can someone suggest me to buy flat in uppal jade. is there any risk in this?? or not.
when possesion for uppla will be expected.

Why do you want to go in marsh. Better to go in ready to move flats or invest in Noida. Else fight with us for 2 to 3 years to get possession from builders like us.

Thx Raj, actually I want to stay in faridabad only as working in faridabad. I am trying to find out a project wherein I will get possession within one year. that is why suggesting uppal is gud choice or not.
