Hello All,
Can we introduce ourselves so that we are familiar with our to-be neighbours.
We've taken an unit in 1401.

Dear All

Please keep paitence it took almost 3 yrs to complet structure work. It means just 50% done.

I have bit a knowledge of the trade so as per my experience minimum 2 yrs more, if RPS work seriousely now onwards for delivery of the project.

Its hard core fact, we all have given 85% payment n we are not even permitted to visit the site. It seems RPS has no interest to complete the project becuase he doesn't have any thing to loose. Forget about quality, landscapping, greenry, aminities etc etc....

Secondly, suppose if RPS offer possession in next 6 months,
1. is it possible to shift at SAVANA. Its big NO. Infrastructure is very poor in the vicinity of project and goverment has no concrete plan to develop that area and there is pressure from builder's lobby also to develop Greater Faridabad.

2. RPS will start to charge maintaince charges if possession is offered whether u shift or not.

Thanks

Hi

This is Gopal Kanojia, resident of T3-506. Can we do something for greenery of RPS savana?

I am worried about peace and greenery because they have alloted many area for school and we don't know, by when they will complete the construction.

Savana - Moving towards dream from reality

Postby sunjay.dhingra » Sun Aug 22, 2010 1:52 pm

Dear Friend

Don't you feel, our SAVANA project is heading towards Dream instead of reality.

It doesn't make any difference whether builder have charged almost 85-90% but noting is certain till date but uncertaintities adding day by day.

Thanks
Sanjay

Hi All,

I am future resident of tower T3. After completion of internal plaster, work on external plaster seems to be starting after six months. The market rate is still around Rs 1700-1800 / sq feet.

Warm Regards,

Alok
