I received demand notice of PH-9/ B-9 tower (3+S bhk) on completion of flooring work & on completion of external plaster by RPS on dated 29.01.2015 for Rs.216984/-. This demand is 2nd last demand, after this only possession demand is remaining. It means work is on progress.

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of the status of the B-2 Tower? RPS officials called us and told us that they will be giving us possession by July- Aug,15.
If anyone has any latest pics of the B-2 Tower or status update then please let me know.

I've received possession demand for my unit in B-12. Has anyone in this forum taken possession of their flat in B-12? Can you share any experiences/observations or do you have any recommendations of cautions? Thank you in advance for your help.

I talk to Jia on mobile, RPS office on 9th Nov.15, she confirm me about possession of Tower B-5, B-6, B-7, B-8 & B-9. She said that “I received possession confirmation from Chandigarh/HUDA office for Tower (Purple Hazel) B-5, B-6, B-7, B-8 & B-9. I received possession letter (Hard Copy) in next week/last week of this month and possession letter offered to customer/end user from 1st & 2nd week of Dec. 2015. Congratulation for Tower (Purple Hazel) B-5, B-6, B-7, B-8 & B-9.
