Postby pralay » Fri Sep 11, 2009 11:54 am

By when do you think we can realistically expect the entire project to be completed?

we are being constantly told that the possession will be in Oct 2010 for all the towers simultaneously.......which though does not seem to be realistic, we have no other option other than to wait.....they have also put hoardings claiming the above....

At the time of booking we were told that the possession will be 36 months from the date of booking.

Hi,

What can we do in this case. Will they be going as per the penalty clause or not.

Hi,

Even I was told that they will start giving possession by end of 2010. But besides this, is there any infrastructure development in that area? The condition of roads is pathetic.

Looks like some towers have not progressed at all since last few months, I have been watching no progress in tower B-12 since last 6 months. Can somebody update whats going on with this tower ?

Hi All,

I am planning to buy an appartment(for personal use) in RPS savana (3+1). But due to all these post related to the problems facing by all other members, I am not confident to buy the appartment in RPS.

Could you all please suggest me whether to buy an appartment or not.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Amit,

We would not like to influence your decision to purchase an apartment in Savana.

Please take an informed decision based on all the factors that you have seen and heard, consider the development factors of the area.

Amit as Jayanta has said don't get influenced with anything but decide upon only when you are sure that things will work out well for you.Rest you must be going through the forum so you have all the information , whats going on and how things are progressing.
If you consider me , i am still optimistic on the development which will happen but will definitely take some time as well as i have invested a lot here already and want this to happen.
I guess the way things are moving and the way GFWA is working , together definitely we will make it and make this happen and thanks to all the core members again for all the effort.
