Wish to buy a two bedroom 1250 sqft unit

Hi
I am Rohit and working in a MNC bank. I do not own any unit as yet but planning to buy a unit in RPS Savana. I would appreciate if this forum could help me understand the current pricing for the unit (The best quote I have had till now is 23.76 lakh that is 1900 per sqft). Any help will be really appreciated.

hello rohit,
Instead of going for a 2bhk u consider for a 2+1 Bhk as its 1303 sqft and it is as good as 3 BHK as the study room is 10*10 feet.
