Builder sent to Jail for 3 years by Consumer Forum in Delhi for non-delivery of flats for 9 years and Contempt

In a landmark judgment, Consumer Forum at Delhi sends AJS Builder Director Madhu Singh to 3 years in Jail for non-delivery of flats for 9 years (buyers booked flats in 2005) and contempt of its previous order for providing compensation. This is first time when Consumer Forum has sent builder to Jail for non-delivery of flats and harassing buyers.
