Builder sent to Jail by Consumer Forum for non-refund of buyer money

Consumer Forums have now started using their special powers to send builders to Jail. In only 2nd such case in Delhi, Consumer Forum Judges used their special powers under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act to send builder to 3 months imprisonment.
