Did you pay for covered car parking in Savana?

Postby s1joshi » Fri May 03, 2013 11:21 am

Those of us who booked in 2 /2+1 towers and have paid for covered car parking charges, Be ready for long walks just for getting to your car, As there are no covered/underground car parking arrangements for these towers.

I had send a query to RPS, and here is the response.

Dear Ma’am,

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 29/04/2013.

As regards car parking space, the same will be allotted at the time of possession. As regards ‘covered parking space’, the same will be allotted in the underground area of nearest 3 BHK/ 3+1 BHK towers.

Regards,

RPS Infrastructure Limited
1117 – 1120, 11th Floor, Tower – B,
DLF Towers Jasola District Center,
New Delhi – 110025
Telefax : 011-40543200 (30 Lines)
E-mail : info@rpsgroupindia.com

Can you kindly confirm if you have provision of underground or covered car parking for T3 tower.

I have unit T3 108, and have heard that there are no covered car parking facilities near this tower. Can you kindly confirm and revert.

Seema

Considering RPS has started to send possession letter, Those of you who have paid for covered car parking, please do raise concern on limited covered car parking arrangement with RPS. Despite paying double the amount, one might end up facing lot of issues on daily routine.

One charging for Parking space in itself is illegal. Second even after charging, and blocking money for so long. There is no commitment from RPS for providing a covered car parking space in proximity. The towers where RPS is claiming would provide us with parking space, 120+ families residing in these towers will also be requiring paring space.

During one of recent discussion among members,we discussed on a vary routine scenario of grocery shopping, where in you need to carry 15-20 KG of weight from one tower to another, just because RPS with their malafied intentions could not give you appropriate parking space. One may end up facing problems.

Unless there is commitment of parking space in proximity, there may be altercations, or need for long walks to reach parking space.

Even if we consider single car per family, There is hardly space available for 120 cars per tower. Ask RPS to give commitment for your parking space, because you paid for it to RPS.
