I am also aggrieved by RPS Group.

There seems to be some consumer cases already going on against them

Dear Unit Holders

Even after 2 reminders, there is no response from RPS office about my queries relates to EEC & FCC charges (Rs 129 per Sq Feet), Rs 50K (charged for prepaid meter card deposit) and penalty on builder against delay in possession. Came to know from few unit holders that these builders give following excuses to avoid delay possession penalties:

In case of Re-sale purchase, you loose your rights.

but in recent case of Vatika, National consumer forum has given its judgement in favor of buyer, please go through the post on below link.

anyone who knows any real-estate advocate, who can advise on it better and can charge based on success, please share contact details.

I have also sent them email for adjusting penalty for delay, but no response till now. RPS Infrastructure is definitely looting thousands of crores from customers.

Thanks for Sharing this information. I have discussed the same with RPS group 2 year back and they have given same response that because I have brought floor in re sale it will not allowed to applied for compensation / panelty, now I can refer this for my discussion with RPS group in future. They have delayed the project approximately 2 year in my case.

Came to know that RPS is not even allowing to visit the flat before the entire payment is done and it is registered. This is mind boggling as based on the great reputation of RPS we wont even come to know if the flat is even ready or what they are actually delivering.

Once they will take the payment I am sure they wont even handover for months as they have done with the other towers. So I am asking them to give a guarantee that they will have to pay interest if the possession is not given within 1 month of the payment. Ofcourse they wont give it and the next step would be to send legal notice highlighting all the malpractices.

Did anybody discuss with RPS regarding penalty? I sent them mail and try to call the customer care and Mr Rajesh from RPS but nobody answering my call.

Please update me if anybody find anything..

Can anybody help me regarding ECC and FFC Charges charged by RPS Savana. They are charging very high prize for this.
Even they charged a lot (interest) for late payment. while they offered possession very late.

I have been advocating for quite some time in this Forum urging the people to take note of various acts of omission and commission by RPS Group and to take precautionary action . Rather tan waiting for the last moment , just before the trap is being shut by RPS has its folly which people should have realised by now.
The best thing even now would be to seek legal redressal and that too immediately.
As has been already demonstrated, RPS is unlikely to oblige us.

How many of you have guts to file a police complaint? Its no use complaining on the forum and doing nothing.

All you need to do is write a letter to the SHO, Sarita Vihar Police Station and send it by speedpost if you cannot hand deliver it. Already complaints are piling up at Sarita Vihar PS and they are bound to take action soon.

Have got Possession letter from RPS group. Charges of ECC & FCC is said to be applied by all the builders , i have no idea about it.
Also Can anyone share pictures of PH-11 / B 11 ? Has it been completed and have they build park infront of it as i have paid PLC for the same.
Are they allowing to see the unit before you make payment or registry ?
Would appreciate if anyone will help as i am far away from Delhi/Faridabad !!

Dear Unit Holders

after speaking with RPS official, came to know that prepaid meter card deposit ( Rs 50000) is an advance payment against maintenance and electricity charges for future months and would be adjusted. Thankfully this is not part of cost but again this is another burden from builder side to take 50000 in advance on behalf of maintenance and electricity without handing over the units.

Hi Vinod,
If Rs 50000 include the maintenance fee then why RPS charging another Rs 12960 as interest free maintenance security.
Did you talk to RPS regarding Late partiality charges.

Hi All,

Today i spoke to RPS person name called Sunil Sarma. he was clear and told me that they are not going to change any amount in that was there in the offer of possession. He told me that you have to pay the amount what ever there in the letter if not go for the legal if you want. They will not pay a single amount for late penalty . The person was very rude and he said if you want your house, pay and take the house or else go for Legal.

Guys, Anybody suggest what we should do now. I have to pay more than 9laks within 30 days which is not possible for me.
