Hi
Greetings

Pls refer to Pg 6 of your PDF shared.
About renewal of license, the DGTCP has categorically mentioned in the conditions for renewal of license.. THE WORD "AFTER", while referring to the CWP stay on EEDC and final verdict in Honble P&H High court.

As per undertaking dated 02.06.2013, you shall make the payment of Enhanced EDC as and when demanded by the department "after" the final verdict in CWP No. 5835 of 2013 pending before tire Hon'ble High Court Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.

Friends, from this it is absolutely clear that there is no demand being made by DGTCP wrt Enhanced EDC from ANY BUILDER applying for license renewal!!!

IT CLEARLY IMPLIES THAT EEDC NEED NOT BE PAID TO ANY BUILDER UNTIL THE CASE IS SORTED OUT.

Those being offered possession in this or other projects, can device a strategy accordingly.

Cheers

They have issued possession letters for T8 & T5 towers allottees. They might be doing it in batches, so not everyone might have received it.
