RTI Appeal - Help requested

Hello Friends
I had filed some RTI's pertaining to RPS Savana project for OC and EDC/EEDC submissions sometime back, as there was no reply received, I filed appeal 's for these RTI's, the appeal hearing is scheduled on 07th November 2014 at 3:30 PM at Sec17 C Chandigarh.
In case there is anyone available in Chandigarh who would be willing to spare sometime and assist, please let me know. It would be a great help and save a lot of time and efforts. I will provide necessary documents.
