As per the RTI Possesson ol land sld be completed by March 2010no now we are approaching July 2010, do you have any knowledge whether possession has been completed or not?

If not then this time line has no meaning, jus making us fool. Is there any way we can file an PIL agains HUDA for cheating us of more than 1000 crores of rupees which they have colleced as EDC and IDC way back in 2006.

As per my knowledge, HUDA tried land acquisition but failed because of farmers protests and politics. Regarding PIL, I don't have an idea of how it is filed. But, I think we have to show our collective strength in some way or another so that politicians and authorties are pressurized to do something.

Since the land acquisition is not on line, the time line for 2013 does not valid, please do remember that HUDA has given the time line of 2013 provided land acquisition completed by March 2010 and I don't think land acquisition will be completed by end of 2010.
