Hello All RTI filers,

Got a very good article on RTI which explains differences between filing a second appeal and complaint. Also, it explains how to draw maximum power from RTI Act. RTI act confers powers of a Civil Court to SIC/CIC while dealing with complaints and can even be used for initiating an inquiry against PIO. Please read full article at:
