Status of master road development in sec 75 faridabad.

Postby auditsk » Sat Jan 07, 2012 5:00 pm

This is my first post after joining this forum.I have the following queries:

Is it confirmed that some budget has been sanctioned for master road.If yes, when the work is expected to start??

What is the latest news about arrest warrant against MD of BPTP ???What are the implications of his arrest on the reputation of the company & our holding of plot in BTPT ?? Is something serious or things should settle down in few months??Is it worth holding the plot for next few years??

Regards,
SK Gulati.

Sectors 75 and 80 continue to be pain areas due to farmers agitation. If you read between the lines, budget for only 31 kms out of 52 kms is approved.

Development of Master Road and removal of High tension wires in phase-III

Postby auditsk » Sun Jul 01, 2012 8:47 pm

GFWA management Committee

As per information, land for master road was acquired for 31 Kms out of 52 Kms. During function of start of Master work by CM ( Sh Hooda ) on 22 April 2012, top official of DCTP and HUDA clarify to the public that land for roads for remaining area and particularly the possession of land from farmers in Sector 75 will be completed in the next 2 months time .It was also annouced that location of bridges over nahar connecting all new sectors with old sectors willbe identified soon and work will be awarded.pl update on the issue and if no positive development happened so far , what is the action plan of GFWA in this regard. If there is need to activate the issue , pl plan mass protest , demonstration etc , We will join with U.

Further the issue of shifting of High Tension wire in the phase -III may also be taken up with DCTP/ HUDA under overall development of Greater faridabad.

We appreciate GFWA efforts and looking forward with hope

Friends,

I had a meeting with Division -3 XEN and SE-HUDA on 29th June'12.

Here is the outcome.

Q 1.Work Progress on Master RoadA : Master Road work is going in full speed and would be completed in due course of time (by end of next year) for 31KM.

Q 2. Status of Possession of remaining land (21KM).
A : Still pending as there is no agreement is being made between Govt. and Farmers. Farmers are not agree to sign NOC as per conditions of Govt.

Q 3: Why there is halt on Master Sewerage work, there is no Progress since Apr'12. (Since inauguration done be CM on 22nd April’12)
A : There is detail inspection pending of Sewerage Pipes and Contractor is taking time to submit the Pipes to HUDA office and that why it got delayed.
To be started by 10th July’12 (tentative)
Q 4 : DNIT and Tendering Progress on Master Supply
A: Budget of 290cr has been prepared and principally approved by CM in April’12. But HUDA-FBD office still not received the signed copy of approval.
HUDA FBD is taking this with CA HUDA-CHD and hopes it will be cleared with in July’12 and then tendering will start.
( I seen the details DNIT report and it was ready)

Q 5 : Strom Water Provision and Electricity
A : Budget approved and soon tendering will be started. DNIT under preparation.

Q 6 : Status on the connectivity of New Sectors with rest of FBD.
A : HUDA-FBD already received the demand of Rs 50/- Lacs from UP irrigation Dept. for the clearance of 03 Bridges over Agra canal. as per HUDA officials, there were some mistakes in those proposal from UP irrigation dept and would be corrected.

Proposed Bridges Locations are : 1. Sec 87 Outer periphery, 2. Sec 86-87 dividing, 3. Sec 81-86 dividing.
( I have seen that proposal Document and verified)

Regarding the High tension Transmission line, HUDA already asked DHBVN to shift those line, But you all know…how things move in Govt. office.

At the end, HUDA officials told me that, all development work is pending at CHD office and we are sending approval/proposal, but it is not cleared on time from CHD office.

To my surprise, he said that It will take minimum 05 year to get all facilities across new sectors by the current progress/speed.

I told him that already more than 700 families already shifted there and living, he was shocked how can those peoples live there, when there is no basic infrastructure available??

At last, he assured me that HUDA-FBD office is trying their best to carry out speedy development, but somewhere their hands are also tied up.

Hope this will help you guys.

Regarding the Protest, we are working on the same and at the last stage of fixing the details.within this wk you all members will get update on that.

thanks for the updates
It appears from the above that no progress made in respect of taking possession of land for farmer for master roads in Sec-75
It appears that no bridges over canal is coming up to connect Phase-III
shifting of High tension wires is at very initial stage
I think Sec-75 or Phase-III is neglected one so far
PL GFWA plan something for push up theses issues
GFWA Committee is requested keep in mind the development of Sec-75 and other sectors of Phase III to achieve the over all motive of development of all sectors of Greater Faridabad not just the Sec-81 to 87
Pl keep us updates , we will come with you

Mr. Gulati, for GFWA, Sectors 75 to 89 are equally important. Area is not divided into phases by Govt. and administration. Estimations, budgeting and developments are taking place considering all 15 sectors as a single unit. There have been some hurdles in land aquisition for some of areas, but current priority of Govt. is to focus on development, not on hurdles. Current thinking of Govt. is is that hurdles will get removed automatically when there will be developmental push coming from all sides.

Mr Gulati, I support Mr Dheeraj Views.

Secondly, I don't understand the meaning of Phase 3. Who has given this name?
Can u pls explain the meaning of Phases??

For us Sec 75 to 89 are one cluster and named as Gr. FBD.

We, GFWA team, are taking all sectors at same time and pushing Govt. agencies to complete the development work across all sectors (75 to 89)

Moreover, Bridge connecting to Sec 75 is already approved and in advance stages of development. Hope fully work will start very soon on that bridges as BPTP is taking imitative and forwarding files to various dept for approval.(well before other bridges), this Bridge will connect to Sec 74-75 dividing to Sec 8-3 Dividing.

Also, Master Road work is in advance stages in Sector 76, 77, and 78 compared to other sectors.
Sec-75 work can't be started till now due to dispute with Farmers.

Don't worry about High tension wires, they will be shifted from the way of Master road, but can't be totally shifted out of Gr FBD Sectors, as these wires are part of infrastructure and will be there.
