1. Widening a road from Mahawatpur in neher paar to Kalindi Kunj... (but then crosses yamuna using the existing Okhla Barrage)
2. Connect Jasana with Dankaur. Dankaur is where JP Sports City is.. that means it is more like connecting with YEIDA instead of connecting with Gr. Noida.

All we've got here is using Kalindi Kunj and a new bridge to YEIDA.

I absolutely second your thoughts about Master Plan 2013. First, they plan a bridge from "Manhawali" FBD to "Dankaur" on YEIDA in GN. It doesn't make any sense as NHAI has a plan for another bridge just 1-2 KM away from Laltipur village, GN to Atali village near chayansa FBD under development plan of EPE. Please check attached RTI revert from NHAI on the same.
Second, They are ready to make another 15-20 km road which will connect Mahawatpur in neher paar to Kalindi Kunj, not that anything wrong with it but they don't want to make a bridge to connect to Noida Sec 168 which will make Noida just 5 Km away and ease commutation.
Has NCRPB approved this plan ? I have serious doubt that it will be go through without any amendments. Is it the right time file RTI with NCRPB & DTCP or we should wait for it to get published first.

As far as prices are concerned, following is a copy of report in Rediff where prices of property have declined in Faridabad.

Housing prices have risen in 18 major cities, including Delhi and Mumbai, by up to 9.6 per cent during October-December period 2012 compared with the previous quarter, according to

National Housing Bank (NHB).

Mumbai and Delhi witnessed the maximum increase in housing price at 9.6 per cent each.
Out of 20 cities tracked by NHB 'Residex', prices have dropped in only two cities -- Faridabad and Indore.

"In majority of the cities prices are witnessing upward trend," NHB said in a statement.
"The movement in prices of residential properties has shown increasing trend in 18 cities ranging from 0.6 per cent in Chennai to 9.6 per cent in Delhi and Mumbai, and fall in only two
cities namely Indore (-1.0 per cent) and Faridabad (-5.1 per cent) during the quarter October-December 2012 in comparison to the previous quarter July-September 2012," it added.
Prices have shot up by 9.4 per cent each in Kolkata and Patna, followed by Kochi (8.8 per cent), Surat (8.7 per cent), Bengaluru (8.2 per cent) and Lucknow (8 per cent).
Hyderabad saw an appreciation in housing price by 7.1 per cent, while in Ludhiana rates rose by 6.5 per cent, Ahmedabad (6.1 per cent).
n Guwahati prices rose by (5.1 per cent) followed by Bhopal (4.9 per cent), Bhubaneshwar and Jaipur (2.4 per cent), Vijayawada (2.2 per cent), Pune (2 per cent) and Chennai (0.6 per

cent).
NHB RESIDEX tracks the movement in prices of residential properties on a quarterly basis since 2007.

Dost, thaks for information but you have selected the wrong thread to publish it. Prices & Rents in FBD old sector has gone down because of the development happening in NP. Anyway when one will go out to buy he will not get this 5.1% discount by mentioning this NHB RESIDEX analysis. :-)

Does anyone have a more legible and high resolution picture of the new Faridabad masterplan.

This is the first such image that I've seen:
