New Infrastructure Tax to make Faridabad flats costlier

Haryana Govt. yesterday imposed new Infrastructure Tax that will be applied when builder applies for part or full completion certificate. It has to be noted that Haryana Govt. has failed completely in providing even minimum basic infrastructure in Faridabad though it has collected thousands of crores of EDC. This new tax will further increase the costs as builders will most likely pass this additional cost to us.
