Property investment in Faridabad

Hi,

I am planning to invest in greater faridabad.

There are so many projects and each project has some or the other issue.

Pls advise if itys suitable investing there . and if yes which project are good enough for investment.

Pls advise. really need your help on this

you can check Summer Palms(earlier Uppal Jade) in sector 86. They have offered possession. Another good option is ansal royal heritage but in resale only as the fresh rate is Rs.3551/sq feet.

I too did a lot of research here before investing. :thumb:

Depends on budget... Puri projects r the most preffered one due to qualitu and location. Omaxe projects giving max premium so far. Era, omaxe spa & uppal r value for money projects, can fetch u gud returns in long run. Avoid bptp & rps.

Hi i am Naveen kaushish from Faridabad .My flat also in bptp park elite floors Sector 75 faridabad .Actually Investment in Greater Faridabad is good for future.Price will be hike in future .But Main thing is that in greater faridabad all is Private Builder and private builders demands come any time.its maintenance charge and other charge is very high. So i Suggest u that if u have more and own money than u spend in Greater faridabad other wise loan persons face many problems and interest on loan amounts.So Interest price on loan amount is greater than price hike on property or Rent Amount.I Suggest u That u can purchase property in HUDA Sectors Faridabad without tension. Its My Own Experience after buying Property in BPTP .Thanks.

Hi Naveen,

You are right I am also buyer in Greater Faridabad in SRS Project, lot's of Demand & monthly maintenance charges is very high and all government work is very very slow, I think almost 5 year has gone every time news flash master road work in under process and Bridge work also work in process. I don't know when the all works will be complete.

Hi…..New member to the portal and appreciate all the hard work behind it…..I am planning to buy a property in ERA Devine Court, have visited the construction site seems promising as the brokers say that should be completed within 6-8 months if all goes well…..

I find this portal “A very very important Tool” to me and all the other buyers.

Need the guidance for following please:
-As now we are in 2014 is it worth to buy a property in ERA Devine Court and invest my hard earned money?
-As per brokers completion to be in 6-8 months, is it ok?
-As a resell property what all doc should I ask from seller to verify/check.
-Any other update/help/Advice if possible.
