PUNJAB & HARYANA HIGH COURT HAS ACCEPTED PIL AND NOTICES HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO DGTCP AND OTHER REGULATING AUTHORITIES TO EXPLAIN HOW THESE IRREGULARITIES ARE TAKING PLACE.

The Key Points of the PIL are that we want the Director General to regulate construction in accordance with law and where ever builders are duping home buyers by selling or Constructing dwelling units without the necessary approvals from the DG, he should immediately act on them so that the Home Buyers do not get cheated and another Campa Cola Controversy does not happen in Faridabad.
