SIR,
BRANDING- EQUITY- GOODWILL.
satisfy your customers & they will bring in more customers. reputed builders are reputed today because they have abided by these 3 words while dealing with their customers. remember you want to be in business for a longer time and subsequent project success will depend upon past project reputation. simple it is not but must be tried.
These 3 important criteria should not be forgotten by you. Being in marketing myself I know the respect the above 3 words must be given by any company..
