Compensation for delay in possession

Dear Members

I have a floor of BPTP at 'P' Block . As per builder buyer agreement they will be liable to pay compensation @Rs 5 per sq ft if not able to offer possession within 30 months. In Dec 2012 my agreement will complete 30 months.But as i see work progress i think they will not be able to provide possession. In that case will they provide compensation?. have any body got compensation from BPTP?
