Omaxe Height - Possession, Penalty Calculation and increased Area
I received the possession letter from Oamxe for my apartment in Osaka Tower. I have few questions, can anyone help me on these:
1. Area increased from 1475sqft to 1562 without any change in covered area, not sure how this has been calculated.
2. I made the first payment in 2006, how the penalty will be calculated. I did not sign the buyers agreement.
3. What is terrace cost
