Dear Friends

We (GFWA) have started preparations for filing Public Interest Litigation (PIL)/writ petition against Department of Town and Country Planning for increasing EDC charges without spending a single rupee in development from last 5 years and enjoying the interest too.
Ground work is in the process and finalization will take 2 to 3 days more.
I request co-operation from each and every flat owner in Neharpaar as it is a joint and complex effort.
Any Eminent lawyer fee is not less than 2 lakh (even in advance) to take our case and have stay on incrased EDC.(As Omaxe increased it to Rs 107 psft).

We are ready to pay builder undue demand,servcie tax,extra charges,podium charges,we have invested 25-35 lakh plus in flats,but if we will not fight everyone will have additional burden of minimum 100000 to 200000 and irony is despite everbody is aware about this fact people are not coming in front to contribute in max. to max. number.

Court will open on 4th July,case will be file at Chandigarh high court,there will be additional logistics expenses for that along with time,energry etc required from few core members to go to Chandigarh..Still I see excpet few active people majority are silent spectators..
If atleast 50-60% of total owners of omaxe will not contribute,there is no bandwidth to go for WRIT/PIL, PROTEST, which is a expensive affair. As Omaxe deadline is 24th July.

We are lucky that we have support of association to fight for our rights i.e Greater Faridabad Welfare Association. GFWA who is fighting with tooth and nail with sleepless nights to bring reforms and justice to the people of Neharpaar either it is a builder or yawning district administration.
But for any activity FUNDS are required.
So friends its my request to support GFWA with your full strength to get rid of all wrongs.We can spend Rs 1500 in one outing ,cant we spent this much once to secure our hard earned money.
So pls contribute membership fee of minimum Rs 500 to GFWA and maximum is yours choice ASAP.


And those who have not paid to GFWA pls pay it by 4th July either online or cheque or cash
