Trump Tower : Delay in Possession

Dear All

Is there anyone who has not got Physical Possession even after getting offer of Possession for Trump Tower

I got offer of Possession in April 2011 but till date have not got Physical Possession.
Omaxe first withheld Possession due to EDC Demand and now demand hefty Interest on that.

Moreover it is even asking me to Pay Interest on amount paid towards offer of Possession as they said that they dispatched letter at very early stage.

I would request people to contact me in case they are Interested in Joint pursue with Omaxe.
