While sending letter to Piyush Group for withdrawal of demand, please also attach Senior Town Planner letter to Director General (resources/file/1466). Please note Senior Town Planner has given copy to Dheeraj Jain & Others, Piyush Heights, Sector 89, Faridabad meaning it can be used by all buyers in Piyush Heights. Also, it can be used by other residential societies because it is also copied to Greater Faridabad Welfare Association.

We should not delay further in gathering all buyers of Piyush Heights. We should get phone numbers and addresses of all buyers and send them information regarding gathering on particular date and place so that the protest against builder can be firmed and required minimum collection for fighting against such frauds may be made on spot itself. All buyer should be called on any non working day only.

We can be ready for every of their demand if they are ready to pay us an interest of our amount due to delay at the same rate they are charging i.e 24%, this is extreme. You are charging interest of 24% on govt. money- EDC, you can only charge what govt is charging from you. Here as well you are making money from Govt. money.
They should given in written with an agreement with each buyer, we should take their way, a crooks way.

Sir, We should not pay a single paisa to builder against illegal demand. The builder is asking interest on the amount including already paid amount too. We have paid to builder but he didn't deposit to concern department. Now builder has to pay the interest on that amount but asking buyers to pay. Not only this, builder claimed so many illegal demands through POSSESSION FOR FIT OUT PURPOSE Letter which are not payable to him.

I agree with SPS72 that we should not pay illegal demands. Administration is with us now and it is now ready to take serious action against Piyush Group.

But Sir, This is the right time to show our unity to the builder. We must spread this movement among all buyers and no one weak link should be left over. We must communicate to all buyers by arranging their contacts and get them united for tough fight. Builder is thinking that we wouldn't be united and our objections may go in vein & would be compelled to fulfill his illegal demands.

Mr. Singh, Buyers in Piyush Heights are united and have collectively got FIR registered after all talks and communication with Piyush management failed. Builder is fully aware of our unity.

It was disappointing to see forum members participation in yesterday meeting. I was receiving calls daily prior to meeting with people talking at a great length and saying that they will join but very few turned up. Anyways, yesterday proceedings at SDM Court were very postitive and SDM has given date for 17th Jan for getting written undertakings from builder. Hope to see you on 17th Jan, 02:30 PM. DTCP Issues Notice to Piyush Group for Possession without NOC

After SDM, DTCP has also taken Piyush Group to task for offering illegal Possession for Piyush Heights and demanding money to tune of Rs 10 lakhs from buyers. DTCP has warned Piyush Group of action if satisfactory answer to their notice is not given.

GFWA is obliged to media community in Faridabad who have been supporting middle class home buyers cause.
