Piyush received OC for Towers D, P & O

Piyush has updated there site with OC for D,O & P blocks. I called in Piyush group office they told they will start sending last demand within 15-20 days.
Can anyone of F, G, H tower owners, let us know

1. How much the last demand will be be around, what all they got in demand(break up)?
2. And what about the penalty, how much(for how many months) they paid to owners as per agreement
(written Rs. 5/Sq.Ft. per months)?

Is this demand includes additional EDC as well?
How much of this demand is real and should be paid?
Please share some facts what all these demand includes(real + fake)?

Hi, They will charge as per increased space flat to flat basis only + service taxes on BSP price.

If you have 3 bhk than approx 5 lac + registry charges ( Again how much they increased sq feet )

As my brother in law having flat in F block only.

Piyush group providing Intercom facility and wi fi connection as well so charges will extra.

Also, please advise about Tower B & E. I believe that builder applied for OC for B & E back in month of Feb 2014.
