Regular Bail denied once again to Piyush Group Owners/Directors

Regular Bail has been denied once again to Piyush Group Owners/Directors Anil Goyal, Puneet Goyal and Amit Goyal by Punjab and Haryana High Court yesterday. Piyush Group fielded topmost criminal lawyer but he also was not able to provide any relief. Our lawyer argued with full force exposing lies being told in Court. Judge after hearing the arguments has called upon DTP to provide report on project completion and fixed next hearing on 20th November. Our bail cancellation application is also pending in High Court to send builder again to Jail

i am not very active member of this forum, so apologize in advance if I have missed blog related to my question. i have query regarding Piyush ownership, do we have any confirmation that Piyush is actual owner of these Flats/land?

i saw Piyush has uploaded ownership/agreements papers on their website, are those genuine? We are already struggling with extra demands issue, not sure if the ownership one solved or not.

Please suggest.
