Submission of Complaints for Piyush Heights

Dear Piyush Heights People,

I have been nominated by GFWA to act as representative for faciliating submission of individual complaints. Since we need maximum number of individual complaints, please revert to me either by posting on forum or contacting me by e-mail on dheeraj.jain@myfaridabad.in your concerns in these areas:

Please only mention issues that you are affected from. Please do not provide details. We are already having details.

1. Delay in Possession: (Also mention your date of signing of buyer's agreement)
2. Change in Layout (Selling of 50% green area)
3. Increase in Super Area (Podium addition)
4. Open Parking Selling (which is illegal according to Supreme Court Orders)

Please clearly mention your full name, address, contact details with Building and Flat number.

dear Mr Jain,
i am NK Yadav writting on behalf of my wife vanita yadav who is allotee of 2br in M block M414,date of agreement 6th sep 2007.due for panelty clause but co refusing to honour agrrement.also all demands are prior to completion of the said work which is againest the agreement.not picking phones and not giving senior peoples number. also add all the points as mentioned in your informative mail ie green area now reduced,open parking free as per court etc

Delay in Possession. I am 3rd buyer(resale owner) the first owner payed on 13 Feb 2006, the previous owner signed buyer's agrmnt on: 20 Aug 2007 and I signed in May 2010.
And Change in Layout (Selling of 50% green area).
