Govt regularizing illegal colonies is gross injustice

Modi Govt in order to woo voters took a decision to regularize all illegal colonies in Delhi till June 2014 whhich is blatant violation of laws. It means that land grabbers loot is being made legal. More shocking is that MLAs can spend their funds on developing these illegal colonies whereas MLAs are NOT allowed to spend their funds on totally legal and approved Group Housing Societies like Piyush Heights, RPS Savana etc. This is blatant exploitation and loot of middle class law abiding citizens by Govt. Decision is more shocking as it comes from so called Modi Govt. It is clear that Govt cares only about law violating businessmen or land grabbers. Law abiding citizens are more and more looted by imposing charges like EDC, Service Tax, massive registry charges etc.

Lol ya couldn't find a better reason to criticize MODI? Your accusing him as if he was in power since last 60 years when these illegal colonies were being built & now he should throw these people outta their homes & let them die on road.

When ever you are commiting something wrong you should have in mind that going forward this might have repercussion. If Someone (Government under whom such crime is committeed) has allowed you to do so, that does not mean that it may not be reversed going forward.

The strict policy should be:
whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap

If this is promoted we all can join hands and start encroachments to fulfil our dreams.

How would that be? Or you want to sit like idiots and watch someone enjoying the benefits of being corrupt.

A lot of new illegal colonies are mushrooming near all new residential societies in Naharpar. Can anything be done to stop these? Delhi illegal colonies are very old and it is impractical to demolish them .

And who would decide that? wether a person living in an illegal colony is corrupt or not? May be he has bought it in resale with his hard earned money from someone who too could have bought it from someone else & so on. Many developers build societies by illegally occupying land from farmers which many farmers want back,shall all of them be demolished?

2 lakh homes on NOIDA expressway were illegally built by developers with the help of land mafia,highly compromised noida authority & political nexus despite knowing that the area comes under the range of bird sanctuary & construction is not allowed. what should be done with those? DEMOLISH THEM?

Many societies in faridabad who still doesnt have OC but people do living in them which is illegal should all of them be demolished?

The only practical & logical solution to this mess is to legalize unauthorised colonies where people are living since DECADE as ya cant just simply throw millions of people on road BUT make sure this wont repeat in FUTURE for that MODI GOVT has recently brought a LAND BILL which he IMPLEMENTED IN gujarat & was applauded by SUPREME COURT to be among THE BEST in whole country BUT people with certain agenda who cant do anything beyond criticism wont talk about that rather spew venom,hold dharnas,call everyone corrupt but themselves a SAINT AUR AB TO KAHI YE BHI NA BOL DE,

Law should be enforced and Supreme Court in its Judgment threw out residents from their homes in Campa Cola Society as society did not have valid Occupation Certificate. At that time, political parties did not see plight of residents as there were few votes. Regarding regularizing illegal colonies, Modi Govt has crossed all limits of lawlessness and order by modifying cut off date from 2002

Shiela Dixit Govt had shown some respect of law by having decade old criteria but such is the greed to get votes by Modi Govt that they have established raaj of land grabbers and exploiting and looting law abiding citizens. Regarding illegal colonies which have mushroomed recently in Neharpaar will probably also be regularized considering decision in Delhi. Also you will see development in these illegal colonies because as per law, MLAs can spend their funds on these regularized colonies but cant even spend a single rupee on planned, approved and legal Group Housing Colonies like Piyush Heights, RPS Savana, ERA etc. For living in these societies, you will have to pay high maintenance charges every month for development
