This is the reality of the Builder With a Difference, Which has changed its name ,like chameleon , to Adel Landmark Project ltd.
These are the FIR registered against the directors of Era Landmark both at Bahadurgarh & Faridabad.

Yet the Criminals are roaming Freely and Building illegal projects in Haryana, This is possible only because of Political support.

Authorities like HUDA/DTCP fear taking action because of the fact they may face multiple transfers, demotions,Like Mr.Khemka , if they act against these builders, whereas Corrupt officials are Made Principal secretary to Chief minister, like Mr SS Dhillon

The Ministry Of Corporate Affairs website also gives information that The directors are not under any prosecution.
I dont know what is the definition of under prosecution for MCA.

एक संवाददाता॥ सेक्टर-12 : इस्माइलपुर गांव स्थित पंचशील कॉलोनी सेक्टर-91 के सैकड़ों लोगों ने जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की और डीसी को ज्ञापन भी सौंपा। लोगों ने ज्ञापन के माध्यम से डीटीपी पर आरोप लगाया कि उनकी वैध कॉलोनी में बेवजह तोड़फोड़ की गई है। पंचशील कॉलोनी में रहने वाले कमल चक्र, मीणा लामा, गीता, विद्यानंद मिश्रा ने बताया कि सेक्टर-91 में लगभग 5 हजार लोग पिछले 6 सालों से रह रहे है। ये जमीन डीलरों से ली गई है, जिसकी रजिस्ट्री भी हो चुकी है। पिछले साल 4 अक्टूबर को जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी ने कुछ लोगों को नोटिस जारी किया था, जिसमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक निर्णय का हवाला देकर अवैध निर्माण को तुरंत प्रभाव से हटाने के लिए कहा गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश दुर्गा बिल्डर के खिलाफ था। उन्हांेने बताया कि यहां के लोगों ने दुर्गा बिल्डर से कोई जमीन नहीं खरीदी है। उन्होंने कहा कि 27 दिसंबर 2013 को जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी रेनुका चौधरी इस्माइलपुर , पंचशील कॉलोनी में आई और बिना बताए ही मकानों में तोड़फोड़ करने लग गई। लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्होंने बिना नोटिस दिए लोगों को घरों से निकाल दिया। इसी को लेकर सेक्टर-12 स्थित जिला प्रशासन पर लोगों ने गुरुवार को नारेबाजी की और जिला नगर योजना अधिकारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की।

MCA also gives same information for Piyush Group that The directors are not under any prosecution. This has no significance

Dear All i am a new member to this forum and a victim of ERA :@ :huh:
i booked one 2 BHK in Era Divine Court 2 years back under subvention plan which was for 24 months & subvention plan coming to an end. now the constrcution status is ON but on lukewarm speed and dont see any hope of possesion in next 3 years... what we should do no idea as asked Era to confirm if they convert booking in CLP they are not ready

irony if you go and ask for buy rates are more than 3500 and if you go for sale rates are at 2000 psqft. :huh:

Sir in front of Chor Builder no promises can be believed whether verbal or written(Even on a stamp paper). Because what ever it does has a ulterior motive that is to cheat and enjoy on Public money.With corrupt Politicians supporting this can be done easily.

what do you suggest as we have paid 95% of the money in markets we dont get buyer on current market rates so cant sale it
but for sure dont know why delaers are sending sms and calling to buy Era flats at very lower rates

The condition is that If u area investor, you will not get returns that investors in nearby projects are getting.Also since banks are not providing Home loan on this project because of its Illegalities that are known to all it is difficult to find buyers. Because buyers still believe that Banks would have checked all approvals and than only financed the project. Which is Factually wrong thought, because banks are hand in glove with corrupt builders too.

If you are a End User You are damned . Their is no other way but to Approach court and join buyers who are fighting in court. If you wish to do that you can join us at RWA.

Sometime back Mr Chautala lost elections because he became synonymous with a saying

"Paise DE KE BHI KAAM NAHIN HOTA!!!"

Clearly it is time for Congress to face the same fate soon.

Truly deplorable to see the era "POPAT" on the video, totally non committal even when the buyer wants to pay the entire legal /illegal demands, for delivery of his HOME!!!

All that the "POPAT" is able to say is that we have FSI (No proof whatsoever, rendering BBAs Illegal)!!

Only one question come to mind "what happens to the fate of 1000s of ERA home buyers, if Countrywide (BPTP) moves court and files an affidavit, similar to TRIVENI Ex Managements reply to ZION???"

How will ERA ever be able to deliver the so called unapproved/illegal FSI??

Era buyers unfortunately are not the only ones facing this plight.

If state does not intervene and guilty punished, worse is yet to come perhaps. Situation is NOT restricted to buyers fighting builders but NOW Builders fighting Politicians in court. There is an old adage,
" when elephants make love or war, the grass gets trampled!!". The love is over and war is all out. Greed has grown beyond bounds and politicians and builders are now at loggerheads, as obvious from various court cases.
Court case between ERA and BPTP, Ansal and DD, BPTP and DD, Triveni and PAL, Triveni and Zion, BPTP and Citibank Property Investments etc. Many more cases to come wherever FSI was sold without legalities/approvals.

Hope good sense prevails.

Because Of Irregularities of Countrywide & Era The Buyers in Era Divine court and Park Floor 2 are the sufferers, BPTP Park Floor 2 Residents have paid 100% and also amount for registration of Flats, In fact some Illegal Registries have already done, Triggering the complaint by FAOA,GF to SDM & DC, Today several Builders were called by SDM & DC to explain their irregularities in Doing Illegal Registration. Several Families have already shifted after doing illegal registries. May GOD Help All. Because this seems to be heading towards another Campa Cola , now in Faridabad. :devil2:

Another aspect of Illegality which Countrywide did on this license is that it forged the land ownership documents of Land and latter DGTCP granted License no 1047 on that land. The farmer is fighting for his Land both against BPTP & DGTCP, The Layout Plan approved of the License show STP to be built over this land, which is disputed.
