Re: Who are from Era Divine Court High Rise

I visited site on 27-Apr-12.
Grafting (Foundation) work for 3 BHK Tower is in progress but a slow pace.
On contacting Site Contractor, he says grafting work takes lot of time. After foundation, work will progress at much faster pace.

One question Are they constructing A2 Tower only or is the work is also in progress in other towers??
I have booked 2BHK flat in B-1 tower.

At present i think they are concertating on A2 tower . A1 tower foundation work is over and They have erected pillars for basement i think. Rest of the space for this project had only the foundation work going on.

For further details please contact Mr Sheespal 931295992 .

After paying 25% of BSP, they will call you in 10 - 15 days for agreement if they don't then you need to follow up.

We should collectively raise the question of slow work @ the site and ask for the target,s set by the company for completion of the project .The pace @ which the work is progressing ,i think we will have to wait at least 5 yrs from now, and the builder is not going to pay the monthly penalty also, as they are doing for the era divine floors allotees.

180/250sq.yrd. people are going to consumer court for the monthly payment for delayed possesion, because company has denied monthly payment. We should support them at all cost. Visit commonfloor.com and register yourself and join that community too.

Era divine floors(180/250sqyrd) ,some investors have filed their case in consumer court on this Monday we should all convey BEST of LUCK to all of them. The bone of contention is non payment of penalty against delayed possesion .

Please see the attached snapshot taken from today's Hindustan Times - HTEstates (page 5) on current residential projects in Faridabad. The status of Era Divine Court has been shown as "ON HOLD" . Can some body provide construction update of the high rise project.

Hi , i had visited the site in April and at that time the foundation work of the high rise tower was underway. while work was going on , the pace was a bit slow. I hv booked in tower B , but after over 40 days also they have not sent the buyers agreement. We must check what is meant by 'On hold'
unfortunately , the problem at ERA is lack of information availability since the customer care is hardly able to respond to your queries.

I f any one has info , please share. We should ask them to give us updates on the progress.

As per era there is no hold in work @ the site , but the booking has been put on Hold and will be soon restarted @ new Rates.

But i think we have to visit the site to see the real work.

I went to the site today and found that work was progressing fine. There were about 100-150 workers in the entire complex. 250 sq yd units will be handed over in 5-6 months.

The bookings have stopped because most units have been sold and the company is revising its rates. The info is that the new rates will be around 3000+/sft, which is good news for all Divine Court flat owners, including me (low rise, 180 sq yd)
