Park Grandeura: Q Tower Owners please help/ respond

Dear All,
I would request any owner of flat in Q tower in BPTP Park Grandeura, who are in this forum or reading this to please give me a call. I will revert immediately/ call back. My number is 9311307562.
My problem is that - I have been promised registration for the past 4 months, and the call centre has been assuring me week after week, for more than 4 months now, that registration is to happen any time. Some have informed me that a few families have already moved in.
Additionally, BPTP estate management had categorically stated (last time I visited my flat) that they would be responsible for any breaks in tiles/ doors/ glasses, only till it is handed over. If no breakages were reported, then it was my problem and they would not pay for it.
