BPTP Park Grandeura Pictures

Postby webmaster » Thu Sep 30, 2010 10:54 pm

We had a chance today to visit the site of BPTP Park Grandeura, Sector 82, BPTP Parklands, Faridabad to check on the construction status and conditions. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the residential project is almost nearing completion and internal and external development has been carried out well by BPTP. Atleast to me the living conditions seemed good and ready for move in.

Here are some pictures from the site.

It is a GOOD start for Faridabad Sectors 75 to 89.
But, Internal and External Development done by BPTP does not look scalable and long lasting. Currently, 25 families have moved in. As number of families reach more than 100, then issues will arise due to very narrow approach roads, no electricity from Govt., unclean bore well water and overload on internal Sewerage Treatment plant.

For scalable and long lasting development, HUDA has to pitch in with wide sector roads, clean drinking water and sewerage facilities. Also, DHBVN has to supply Govt. electricity.
