1 work is going at slow pace, possession is likely to be delayed by one year in my opinion
2 market is sluggish,premium is 14-16 l for 1400 sft

Can anyone confirm how many floor plans are available in Pratham for 2BHK?
I checked and found there are 3 floor plans for 2BHK units :
http://www.puriprathamfaridabad.in/pages/floorplan
http://www.puriconstructions.com/pratha ... sp?lk=prt5

In the latter link (which seems to be official), there is a single floor plan of 1300 sq.ft. which shows 2BHK+1 unit whereas, in the former link, you can see floor plans of 1395 and 1100 sq. ft. for 2BHK and no study.

Hi All

I guess people here are having unit in Pratham. I got a letter from Puri asking for the Power back up charges ( min 3KVA mandatory , 35K per KVA).

Now thing is that , nothing like this is mentioned in the Buyer's agreement. I called up the company , they said at booking time u did not opt for Power back up , so these charges are not mentioned there.

Do we have ppl here , which opted for Power back up @ booking time , and which have details in Buyer's agreement , to confirm the things as said by Company.

Thanks
Munish
