Court Case against KLJ Town Planners for illegal payment demands

Hi KLJ Green Buyers,
KLJ Group has demanded exorbitant charges on offer of possession. Instead of compensating the buyers for late possessions, they have demanded undue, illegal charges from the buyers. Many KLJ buyers have filed the court cases for which hearing is due in feb & march 2016. The detail of litigants is as follows-
1. Raj Kumar Hukku
2. Renu Kapoor
3. Karun Thakur
4. Hitesh Dang
5. Jasbir Singh
6. Pardeep Singh
7. Nazre Hussain
8. Abhinav Gupta
9. Pawan kumar Gulati
10. Ravi Arora
11. Vikalap Dutt
12. Amit Arora
13. Mr Ray
There are many more litigants the details which is yet to come.
