We would have loved to be part of proposed General Body Meet but will not be able to make it for the reason that our whole family shall be visiting native place in Himachal to attend a marriage ceremony in the same week.Our sincere apologies for this. However, we would like to place on record our deepest regards to the core team and other executive members of GFWA for doing wonderful job for the development of Greater Faridabad. Best of luck to all of us to fight the nexus of builders,politcians and HUDA officials. Warm Regards and wish you a happy and successful GB meet.

IDENTITY DOCUMENT

Dear Core Committee,

The organising committee may like members to bring identity document to the meet for crowd regulation etc

In the absence of identity document for members, I would suggest a print out of any communication ( like this

response ) which also carriers the GFWA logo and the member name below that can be used as identity to attend

the meet.Of course , those becoming members for the first time at the meet will use the reciepts issued to them
at the meet as the identity document.

We intend to send email invites to our registered GFWA members in 2-3 days, We expect people to carry a print of the invite.

Those who aren't yet member and wish to become so, can register themselves on the spot. They can join the meeting by paying membership fee, and need to bring copy of valid photo ID proof and allotment/booking letter. The form would need to be filled online.

Dear office bearers,

you may consider keeping a cash counter outside the AGM hall, where non-members can pay and thereafter attend AGM. I understand there shall be good number of people who would be willing to pay at the venue.
