Puri Construction is launching Ananda Villas in March'13. The have already come with a pre launch offer. Going by the pics (sample flat) and prices it appears to be a first luxury project in Greater Faridabad.

No doubt, if you go by the word in the market, it is going to be the best project of the Faridabad and location is again equally best. But price is way too much for an average man.
