Internal plaster demand was received in the year 2010. It seems there is some confusion. You may contact them on phone to clarify.

No confusion at all, some of members like you in Tower-A & few flats in D Tower, were asked to pay in 2010 & now balance have received the demand letter, This shows their progress

Last week, I phoned up Mr Praveen of Heritage to know the progress. He gave same reply which was given one year back i.e., " External Plaster is going on on some towers."

To all Ozone Square buyer: I don't know whether you guys are following this present situation Where Trveni Infrastructure applied appeal in Delhi High Court for allowing them to Auction his project land. This will definitely create problem for all the projects under Triveni license.We must ask our Builder to furnish renewal of their license & then only request all of you to pay new demands.

This cannot happen now, The Land which belonged to TIDCO is now a property of official liquidator, and this whole land will be auctioned,This has been Agreed to by the SUPREME COURT OF INDIA order too, until a STAY ORDER is Brought from Supreme court of India,so a Request should be sought fro the highest court to stay the Liquidation of whole TIDCO Land.

Dear All

The way Ozone square people are relaxed, it feels that they are long sleeping, one day court will auction the entire project & than they will be left with a big ZERO

Wake up guys, or else you would loose all your hard earned savings.

Dont ever think that 'Let others take lead & we follow"
Rather we all should take lead & meet at a predefined place some day, may be next sat/sunday.
This is The only we will be able to put pressure.

One more request, if possible let's hire a advocate & put our case legally. Becase when it comes to compensation, only thise will be given priority whose cases are pending in courts, rest will be left for mercy.

I think Itna to Banta hai Doston. still thinking--- no issues do your Naukri & forget your Flats

Dear Ozone Square Investors,

I have just entered in this forum.

Can anybody give me the latest news about the Ozone Square Project. It seems that nothing is going well for the buyers in the project. We will have to take some legal action.

Please advise, what to do. Can we meet at an early date?

Hoping that we will meet and will protect our hard-earned money!

Hi I've visited the site 6 months back but no development seen. I'm really worried whether I will get my flat or not.Now since last 15 days Heritage cotteges site is also not there. I'm worried.

Hello Friends,
I've posted this on the Facebook page as well, posting it here just to make sure everyone is included.
I've contacted the builder and they have advised me as below:
"The problem has been resolved in the sense that all the parties have accepted the solution of the arbitrator. But now the separate files have been submitted with town planning and licences need to be renewed. All the documents for the same has been submitted and renewal and restart of loans is expected. Work is in progress at the site, although a bit slow. Roads in the sector have been constructed."

Do you believe him? He has been repeating same story for the last several years. Is there any connection with construction work with his problems of arbitration etc. For two years, he could not complete external plaster work in one block even. After he took 95% payment, he stopped work. This shows his intentions. He has already taken 95% payment. Now he is talking of loan application.
Please ask him to show documents. If you try to visit him, he does not entertain.Please try.
