Poor construction quality of Omaxe Spa Village flats

Hi, friends.....
Yesterday I visited... Omaxe Spa Village,
sector 78 Faridabad......plz note.....

1.) Quality of plaster is very poor, sand is coming out, as ratio of cement is not proper.
if u will rubb hand on the plaster, it will come out completely u can make hole in plaster with hands.

2.) Curing of plaster is very important, which is not done.

3.) They have used unbranded vitrified tiles & bathroom tiles..."BAHUT GHATIYA"....!!!

4.) Door frames wood is very poor..............

sab kuch ghatiya....maine to nahi rehna aise flat mein......!!!

I agree with you.
In Spa Village, Omaxe is using material which is not at all good.
