Imposition of Service Tax on Builders

Hi All,

As per point 3 in the Circular (http://www.servicetax.gov.in/circular/st-circular09/st-circ-108-2k9.htm) any service provided by seller in connection with the construction of residential complex till the execution of such sale deed would be in the nature of "self-service" and consequently would not attract service tax.

Please share any latest information / circular details about the service tax.
