Against demand of Rs. 2,29,000/- of enhanced EDC, I have paid Rs. 1,30,000/- after one month of dead line. This was done considering that there will be some verdict from the Honourable High Court. I still hope that some favourable decission will come - considering that only, balance amount against enhanced EDC claim has not been paid yet.
