Waiver of Interest

if anyone is having copy of orders of DCTP to BPTP for refund or adjustment of interest in respect of plots, pl post .Further BPTP is not forwarding the calculation of earlier and enhanced EDC. what to do , any action by GFWA and Parklands Owners Association.Further what about EC and STP charges, are theses are not part of EDC&IDC as per DCTP/HUDA, if so any action suggested or any action for combine fight.

Sir THIS ORDER SEEMS TO BE FOR GROUP HOUSING . DOES THIS ORDER APPLIES TO PLOTS AS WELL?

Waiver is for entire Faridabad region (both western and eastern sides of canal) and for all residential/commercial projects (does not matter whether it is plotted, high rise, commercial, floors etc.)
