Dear ravindramd,

There is no such standard format for Legal Notice.

It all depends on what are the issues and what are your demands.

It would be better, if you contact any nearby lawyer and discuss.

for normal legal notice, they charge 1500 to 2000 rs.

As Ajay said, legal notice will have to be sent by your appointed Lawyer.

You can send a reply to your Builder disputing illegal demands similar to this format

Dear Tara,
There is no need to send the legal notice in a case pertains to "delay in delivery of possession' and various other anomalies committed by colonizer.
Directly file a case before "CONSUMER COURT". Court will send the notice to colonizer.
For your information:
1. Dispute upto Rs 2 Million will be fought before "District consumer court"
2. Dispute between Rs 2 Million to Rs 10 Million will be fought before " State consumer court"
3. Dispute beyond Rs 10 Million will be fought before " National consumer court".
4. Cheating or Fraud will be brought before "Police administration" and subsequently will proceed before criminal court.

This is for your information.
