BPTP Villas possession offered

Hi All: Wanted to check if somebody has layout plans for 150 yard villa. Once we get possession(within 90 days of payment), can we expand the villas or do we need HUDA/DTCP permission to built the same.

Would be great if fellow members can provide layout and Villa expansion information.

The site plan was provided with the agreement. But whereas I know they have not yet applied for Occupation Certificate to HUDA in Faridabad. They cannot transfer the title of Villa to us without getting occupation certificate/completion certificate from HUDA. It will be better if all the owners of villas are united and met the management of BPTP regarding purchase of stamp paper for registery and actual handing over of possession.

It seems that now BPTP is telling the truth w.r.t. possession status of 150 sq yards Villas and Elite Floors in 'A' Block. The rates of units in above block are witnessing a sharp rally in the last 2-3 days. 'A' Block being the prime block in Neharpar. There shall be good momentum to the price rally started in this block.
But before handing over the flats BPTP shall have to work day and night to arrange for the basic amenities in proper way.

yes u r absolutely right... there is a sharp rise in proerty rates in last few days almost 30% increase...

150 and 225 around 90 lakh and 1.20 crore respectively.rvm can u tell me how much money did bptp asked from u regarding possession and registry..i think they r asking different amount from different people regarding registry also..please respond...

yes indeed we all were waiting for this moment since last 7 years..now the time has come and we r getting paid for our patience..infact appreciation has just started and there wud be no looking back from now onwards.150 sq yd villa at 1 crore is still cheap as compared to other villas in faridabad,which are not of great quality and same goes for elite floor A block.So lets wait and watch for next few months and we all will be surprised as prices might sore upto 50% more from current levels... :

I received the offer for possession for my 350 sq yrd villa in F block. BPTP has increased the built up area by 450 sq ft and demanded approx 5 lacs extra. Plus they have also demanded 3.5 lacs for Electrification and STP. Please let me know if others have also received same demand.
