I have been following up with Umang for the appointment for 30th but they have not confirmed as yet, I will post the confirmation once acknowledged by them.

I had sent an email to Umang daye before yesterday for an appointment on 30th June but even after reminders they were not confirming. After I again called them and they have confirmed the meeting on 30th June 12:00 Noon but subject to reconfirmation on 28th. They are acting dubious if not funny.

I request everybody to jot down the list of issues that we need to discuss so that we discuss one by one. I have some points as below:

1) Tower Wise possession schedule
2) Clarity on Enhanced EDC demand ( this is recent that I came to know )
3) Latest on Front Road
4) Electricity and Water connection status on the project

Please add to the above list and confirm your presence on 30th June 12:00 Noon

Thanks Abhishek for making the agenda points. This is very good approach to make this process participatory and we all can raise our issues during the meeting.

In addition to already listed points by you, I have following suggestion:

a. Existence of twin level parking (as this is not appearing on the site during my visit and also did not got any notification for changes).
b. In absence of twin level parking what is the plan of Umang to accommodate the vehicles, whether are they going to refund amount to the buyers as they have saved huge money by not making the twin level parking.
c. Changes in lay out plan viz swimming pool and club house etc.
d. Status on progress sewer tank construction.
e. Reasons for not offering the possession as they had assured to offer the possession for B2, C2 and D2 in June 2012.

Other friends from this community may also contribute to add more and correct the already suggested points, which already we have pointed out and is not relevant to discuss during meeting.

I am confirming my participation in the meeting on 30th.

One more point can be added to discussion list - Payment of penalty charges. Even though there is no delivery date or penalty clause in agreements, I recollect Umang/Uppal's advertsisements clearly mentioning delivery by Dec-11. I think Ajay even has photographs of this advertisment. If anybody has any brochures/advertisement copies, do pls. bring it along.
