Dear Mr. Yogesh, I dont know the reason of your advocating this project. Every project will grow on the wave of growth. But the horses will run faster than the other herd. One should select a horse to get the optimum advantage of growth.
one also considers the transfer hassles and complications at Karambhoomi before buying a KLJ. I am sure you may be aware of that !
Better to avoid such one when there is no shortage of good horses in the market.

i dont know that what are u talking about all these things are common in resale of appartment . okk take a example i bought 1602 sq feet flat at 1625 per sq feet and invest about 25 rs company paid and about 2 rs as premium . total investment 27 rs in may 2012 and my friend ( you ) invest in rps savana 1791 sq feet @ 2500 (then rates) about 50 rs
now the rates as per
my investment 25 rs company paid plus premium 10.41- 2 rs i have paid = 8.41
ur investment 50 rs and now u are geting (400 premium ) = 7.16 rs
now tell which is better i invest half amount and gaining like ur investment

Parklands Pride is a disputed project because this is the same land on which DD scammed millions of people. Court may put stay on construction anytime. My dear friend, time will tell the story. Again its a good project but the location will kill it and if it does not I will never ever invest again in my life. :) :)

Dear Yogesh ji, the debate will never end on the mails. I stick to my view point and you stick to yours. The choice always is on individual basis. The karambhoomi transfer hassles issue has not been touched by you which is also a negative point with KLJ.

Rajeev ji u are telling right that debate will never end on the mails . but believe me there are no hassles as u have to receive only a noc from broker or karambhoomi is not a god father of klj group it is very simple step without hassels

My suggestion to you both is to discuss these matters when you will be personally meeting each other on 30/9/12. Right now all the focus should be to make the 30/9/12 event successful.

Hey Bro,
on a different note,
why one needs a noc from karambhoomi when one wants to resale, is it because its underwriter for klj projects or for some other reason ?

I completely agree. In next couple of years there would only be marginal difference between sector 77and sectors close to BPTP bridge as development picks up I'n nehar paar

Dear Mr. Yogesh,
I wish you are proved right. But I think that getting a NOC is not that easy as perceived by you. As I am also following up for the NOC for KLJ Flat but am informed that the same can not be issued in next 15-20 days time due to the instructions from KLJ towards this.
So I have no option but to wait for this much of time !

It is a long long time to get a simple document like NOC. So Karambhoomi has become a real godfather of KLJ ! It is not a good professional attitude. That is why I always say : Stay away from KLJ group ! This group is not professionally run.
