Compensation to be announced for Sector 76,77 and 78

This talks about land compensation to be announced, hold your breath, before 5th Feb, full 2 months from now ! for Sectors 76,77 and 78
Not sure if we need to take this news as negative or positive..wonder why HUDA is not serious about Neharpar development..this all looks criminal activity to me...sitting on thousands of crores of EDC given by us and doing simply nothing at all..if anyone can list just 1 activity HUDA has done for that area ( apart from that so called BPTP bridge)..
