Have called Piyush CC many times, they are chanting same old lines "Possession in 2 months for G, H, I Towers " :(

Any idea when is the next court case day??? Has anybody recently visisted the place....??? how is the progress ??

Crucial date for NCDRC (National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission) is on 9th July, 13 (Tuesday). Please be there to show solidarity for common cause

Dear Friends,

I visited the project and spend the time to check the progress and the base behind the commitment of Builder.

Project condition :-

1. Apart from construction quality G H I tower is 95 % complete , some sealing work , paint work is pending.
2. Roads in surrounding of GHI tower is constructed.
3. 2 D G set are there but not commissioned, however exhaust pipe line in 90 % competed.
4. Water supply i don't know
5. Transformer is placed but electric connection is not granted and connected.
6. BPL flats were not completed but work is on progress.
7. Gas pipe line is at flat but not connected with main line.
8. Waste water treatment plant is made but not connected to the flat and even trail is due ( an Idea)
9. Builder depute workers at almost towers but speed is slow looking to their commitment.

My Assumption :-

1. Builder is doing the job but speed is slow.
2. For getting the OC , BPL flats need to be completed , which required at least two month.
3. In next hearing he will present him self that he applied for OC. and I don't have any Idea he will go to higher court against the judgement of consumer court...

Please share if you have batter understanding...

There is no condition for getting EWS flats completed for getting partial OC. Only condition is that construction of EWS flats should be linked to overall project completion. More than 3 months have passed since Builder applied for OC for F, G and H Towers and builder may have got OC too.Case is listed for NCDRC hearing tomorrow:

For your kind information, the office of the NCDRC has been shifted from Janpath Bhavan a year back. The new address is : Upabhokta Bhavan, INA, New Delhi (it is near the CVC and DDA office) - near AIIMS

Update is positive. Builder's reply to petition was not admitted by Court due to considerable delay in filing that. Builder's arguments were not accepted and stay continues on illegal demands. Now, case will directly go to arguments on next date in October.

That means the builder will continue to be slow and wait till october, going by his approach so far.

What Is the extra amount builder demanding for 2 bhk. Is every builder demands extra amount. Please suggest shall I go for omax new heights.

Dear all.

We must file a petition for getting reimbursement of rent been paid by buyers from builder for the period of delayed possession. This is only the way to get the possession at earliest. A judgement is already there in connection with the reimbursement of rent for delayed possession in Gurgoan. There is no effort from builder for getting OC from authority since builder is not in pressure to reimbursed the rent amount as well as penalty as per condition in buyers agreement. Authority is delaying the OC due to lack of chasing and pursuing from builder. Builder is sleeping quietly and dragging the possession throwing the blame on authority.

Good News !

I was in Chandigarh today for attending Court hearing for GFWA case. I had discussions with Sunita Sethi, DTP in Court. She informed that Occupation Certificate for Towers F, G and H is ready.

Hope to receive possession letters as soon as possible minus illegal demands
