Have anyone actually gone to consumer forum?
I have paid in full to BPTP for every demand under protest ( including maintenance fee ).
I received offer of possession letter sometime in June / Jul.
However I have refused to sign maintenance agreement and indemnity. I am refusing to sign maintenance agreement on basis it sates that I have already taken possession, which is not the fact. They are not willing to amend the maintenance agreement. And for indemnity same wordings as I have taken possession. Ofcourse there is delay in the possession for which they are liable for penalty.

I asked them for OC but they said sorry we can not provide same. Have anyone taken possession in Park Elite Floors and know if OC is in place? license is valid? sewage, electrification and water facilities are in place?

If anyone has got any information regarding OC etc through RTI then please share.

Dear Mr Kamal,

I t is for sure that BPTP did not obtain any OC/CC even for a single construction( Independent Floor) in the Project "PARK ELITE FLOOR".

I am talking the updated status as on 09.10.2013.

They can only obtain the the OC/CC after paying a huge amount in the form of penalty( Compounding fee) and the huge amount in the form of "LABOUR CESS".

I am sure BPTP has invested the entire money somewhere else and is running short of AMOUNT in LIQUID form.
This is the latest update for your doing the needful.

Dear Umesh Sir

It is indeed very disturbing to note that BPTP has not obtained all the legal sanctity to go for registries and yet they are openly demanding full payment and also boasting that regisrtry has also been done for couple of units. I am talking about the Park Floors Sec 77 poject.By any chance do u have any latest updates on this one?

They have been hit hard in their Gurgoan project, but I dont know why the authorities are looking away from obvious ir-regularities in all the Parkland Projects of BPTP.

The Judgment is related to following two projects..
1) Park Arena, G FBD
2) Spacio, Gurgaon sector 37-D

No impact on other projects of the builder due to long pending case between City group & BPTP.

Dear NEERAJ,

There is "NO" OC obtained by BPTP in the Project "PARK FLOOR" & this is latest update. I am sure BPTP is not executing conveyance deed in the said project.
Yes, BPTP has executed counted number of conveyance deeds in the said project but stopped immediately executing the registry after those counted registries.

What to talk about the OC even BPTP could not renew the Licenses for the said project. Therefore OC can not be issued in favor of BPTP until the licenses are renewed.

When i posted this link, I never meant that it is related with any project or affecting any customer. It is only for GK. there is conflict between shareholders and it may also involves loan for payment Govt dues . Which means BPTP may be short of liquidity and indirectly may affect many projects. I am not competent to interpret and explain on this order please use your own judgement.
